Direct Feed Update

There’s a brighter future for banking on the horizon. Open Banking is the practice of sharing financial information electronically, securely, and only when customers give their permission. Open Banking offers enhanced speed, security and smart solutions to banking customers. It puts you in control of your data, allowing you to share information more easily with companies like QuickBooks.

As part of our move to support Open Banking, we have turned off the ability to enroll new Direct feed connections on July 1st 2019.

Existing connections will not be effected.

New Open Banking connection are expected to be released from Autumn 2019.

 

How do I sign up for a Direct feed?

As part of our move to support Open Banking, we have turned off the ability to enroll new Direct feed connections on July 1st 2019. In the mean time,  you can connect to your bank account using standard feed.

 

For Customers with an existing Direct Feed connection

How often do my transactions download?

After a transaction has been processed by the bank, they are sent to QuickBooks the following weeknight. Your transactions are sent nightly, from Monday to Friday.

Is my information secure?

We use bank-level security to keep your information safe. For more details please visit our Privacy site.

How do I check for the status of my application?

If your direct feed connection is not currently active, you'll no longer be able to complete your direct feed application. To download your transactions, you need to connect using standard feed.
