Please know that we can't delete a bank account in QuickBooks Online, but we can make it inactive.

If the account is connected, I recommend disconnecting it first. This will delete any pending transactions while keeping all recorded entries unchanged.

Here's how to make it inactive:
 

1. Click the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate the bank account you want to deactivate and hit the Account history dropdown.
3. Select Make inactive.
4. When prompted, click Yes, make inactive to confirm.
