Your issues with missing bank transactions end here, @modagecraft.
To better assist you, can you please let me know the name of the bank you are referring to? Your answer will help me identify the issue and provide you with an accurate resolution to your concern.
In the meantime, I recommend manually updating the bank feed connection. This will ensure that your financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
Here's how:
- Go to Transactions,
- Select Bank transactions
- Click on Update.
Feel free to keep working during the update. When it's finished, please check the Banking menu again for the missing transaction. It's likely in the For review tab where QuickBooks puts recently downloaded transactions for you to review.
If not in the For review tab, you can check the Categorised and Excluded tabs. The Categorised tab shows you what happens to transactions once they've been categorised, while the Excluded tab lists transactions that you marked as personal or a duplicate.
You can also review your account history and uncategorised accounts to ensure that you haven't missed anything.
