Santander bank account not synching, keep getting 102 error

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Allow me to help share information about the error message in QuickBooks Online.

 

I've checked the system and found an ongoing issue (INV-33283) about the error message specific to the Santander bank. While there's no workaround yet from our product engineers, I recommend trying out the basic troubleshooting found in this article:

 

Fix banking error 102 and 105.

 

If you continue to experience the issue, please contact one of our QuickBooks Support Specialists. They'll be able to include you on the list of affected users that'll receive updates via email about the fix.

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
