Starling bank connection says lapsed and get error message when I try to refresh it

In the meantime, let’s reconnect QuickBooks with Starling’s servers by updating the sign-in information. Here’s how to do it:

 

  1. In the left menu, select Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the Starling account tile.
  3. Click the Edit pencil icon and select Edit Sign-in info.
  4. Manually re-enter your credentials (avoid using autofill or paste) and complete the reconnection process.
