What bank is it you are trying to connect to in Quickbooks?
Is any error messages or codes coming up when you try and connect it up.
Barclays, it has been working perfectly but this time it is saying there is a new way to connect, when I try Barckays shows an error saying to contact 3rd party

I'm here to ensure you're able to connect your Barclays account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
To do this, I'd suggest updating the account in QuickBooks. This will refresh the connection between your bank and our program. Here's how:
Aside from updating your account, you can also add transactions manually using a CSV file. Before doing so, make sure to download the entries from your bank's website. Once you have the data, you can now start importing it in QuickBooks.
