QB online refuses to update my 2nd cell phone number so I can't transfer money that has been paid to me.
After many calls and waiting 45 minutes on each call, nothing is solved and I get mean people that remain silent on the other end of the phone.

this is abuse.. and I am paying for this service, they are witholding my money

Updating the phone number should be easy as long as you provide the requirements needed for the change.
If you need to update the phone number to verify your account, you can sign in to your Intuit Account. Then, enter the new number from there.
Here's how:
Once updated, I recommend getting back in touch with our QuickBooks Live Team. That way, they can pull up your account, check again the number on file, and help transfer the money.
Also, updating the business information, like phone number, should be done by the primary contact on file. Protecting your account is our priority and you can browse this link if you need further step : Request to be the primary admin or contact.

I wish the first support person had told me that on May 20th.
I changed it but it still has my other cell number in the code section when I try to transfer the money.....
it still wants to send a verification code to my other tel number...
what should I do now?
All of this delay has caused my normal bank account to be overdrawn and having to cancel my doctors appt....because I couldn't transfer the money in time...

well..... I am on hold again waiting now for 45 minutes again. They are asking for my passport because I do not have a drivers license is not U.S. I have an international liicense which is accepted anywhere in U.S but not Quickbooks, ok that's weird. Yet, they have all my bank account numbers and personal info, my social security #, and I have been a customer for 20 years....
Still they will not update my tel number and allow me to transfer my own money from QB checking to Chase bank - buyer beware when considering this supposed "convenient" Quickbooks online.
They said they have escalated the case, same thing they have been saying for the last 7 days.....still not able to access my hard earned cash....
very upset about this, it has pushed me into overdraft in my 'real world' bank account
