Hi, as you will be aware TSB bank has changed its banking website URL to businessinternetbanking.tsb.co.uk
Does anyone know how do I change the URL in QBO?
Thanks.
I'm glad to see you here, Andscaper.
I'd like to share what I know about changing the bank's URL.
Once your bank account is connected to QuickBooks Online, the website's URL is automatically updated for you. However, if there are changes with your bank sign-in information, you'll need to update this information in the system.
The detailed steps are outlined in this article: Updating your bank sign-in information for downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Please stay in touch with me if there's anything else I can do. Have a good rest of the day.
Hi,
Thank you for your answer, but actually QBO has not updated the URL hence the question. QBO displays tsb.co.uk, it should be businessinternetbanking.tsb.co.uk
if anyone knows how i can change it that would be great else QBO is pretty redundant for me!
Thanks
A.

Hello Andscaper,
Thanks for your prompt response.
If you're using direct feed, you can't directly disconnect and reconnect to update the link. You can reconnect the same bank account later, however, you will need to re-apply for approval from your bank, by going through the full process of completing a new Client Authority Form and posting this to us again.
Since the bank's URL didn't automatically update, please give us a call. One of our phone support specialists will be able to assist you further with updating the bank's URL. You can reach them through this article:
https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact.
Please keep us posted.
