In QuickBooks Online, the best way to record credit card payments is to set up a Stripe Account. When you create an invoice connected to Stripe, you should recreate that invoice in QuickBooks as well. Once you get paid, you receive the payment on that invoice and deposit it to the Stripe Account. Then, you transfer the funds from Stripe to your bank account.
At this time, we don't have an option to sync the deposits directly. If you don't want to manually record your deposits, you can visit our app's website and locate a third-party app that can sync your Stripe Account with QBO. You may find one that will suit your business needs.
