When using WISE for Clients who have Forex requirements, GBP, EUR and USD account feeds offered by WISE. These cause duplication errors how do you "fix" this?

Transfer doesn't work as it duplicates the transaction, as it already exists in the other account feed. Match doesnt seem to work either!

QuickBooks Online (QBO) matches similar currency, @ShaunSA.

Your financial institution manages how data is sent to and received from QuickBooks, which controls the transaction details that QuickBooks can access and use.

To avoid duplication, you'll need to categorise the right transaction and exclude the rest. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
  2. Mark the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  3. Click Exclude.

Once done, the transaction moves to the Excluded tab of the Bank Transaction page. You can manually enter the transactions with the same currency.

If you're unsure about this process, consider consulting your accountant for expert guidance on choosing the right accounts.
