When will my Yorkshire Bank reconnect? I can’t understand how to do it manually.

We do not yet have a date when we'll be able to have an automatic connection with Clydesdale and Yorkshire bank, however, there will be updates on this link as soon as we do.

More information on how to manually upload an excel spreadsheet(sometimes called a CSV) of transactions downloaded from the bank website and saved to your computer, can be found here

Hopefully it isn’t to long, I have no idea what to do without that function and can not understand the help guides. Signed up to QuickBooks for this main future now it will not work.

Hi, not sure if it'll help but our feed went down on Friday, no different today so I removed bank link whilst logged in to quickbook in my browser but then couldn't re-link it as YB rejected. Phoned online business banking who confirmed there was a problem and hoped to fix in next few weeks.

I then logged in on the MOBILE app on my phone and tried linking from there and it worked (launched YB app to confirm linking of accounts).

Then when I logged back in on browser account was linked again :)
