Hi,
I'm a new Uk user in Quickbooks and I'm looking for Connect to Paypal app. Where can I find this app, please?

Hi godweb,
If you just type PayPal into the search bar on the Apps screen you will see 'Accept Payments with PayPal' is the first app that appears.
Thanks, Carly. :)
Welcome to QuickBooks Community, godweb.
You can find and integrate Connect to PayPal with QuickBooks through the Apps menu. Only the Master Admin, Company Admin, and Standard (with All access rights) users have this menu.
You can use the following articles for reference:
I'll be around if you need more assistance with this. Have a great day!
Hi JamesDuan,
thank you for your reply. I looked everywhere, even where you suggest, but I confirm that the app is not there.
I am attaching the screenshot. I'm using a trial version of QuickBooks Essentials, if it can help.

Hi CarlyL,
thank you for your answer. I could not imagine it was the same app ;) I have installed "Accept Payments with PayPal" but it does not help manage Paypal transactions older than 90 days. I have to download thousands of transactions from January 2017 to today, and via Excel I have to edit almost all the transactions by hand. There are no alternative solution, please?
Regards
Hi Godweb,
Unfortunately the way our engineers and PayPal have set the connection up is such that you can only bring the last 90 days in via this method.
You should be able to export direct from PayPal in a .csv format, and to my knowledge, this can be uploaded straight into the banking section without any edits. When in our banking section, any changes to categories, payees or VAT amounts (if applicable) will be remembered by our banking system, and our programming with learn and become more and more intuitive in recognizing and selecting accurate choices to your transactions.
https://community.intuit.com/articles/1768022-import-bank-transactions-from-csv-to-quickbooks-video - This link includes the "how to".
As the system learns, you'll fast be able to batch accept transactions and get through your list in no time.
Thanks,
