The most common reason you cannot view all your data in QuickBooks is that you have logged into the wrong account. Ensure that you have logged in to the correct one.
If you are logged in to the correct account, we can generate an Audit log report in QuickBooks to track any changes made. One of your users may have deleted all your data.
Here how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Audit Log.
- Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Review the list and verify if there are deleted transactions or customers.
