Why does my bank not update after I've updated to open banking

Its ok, thanks for sending the information accounts353,

Could you try disconnecting the account and reconnecting it up and see if that brings your transactions though for you.

Before you do the disconnect, make sure there are no transactions sitting in the for review section, if there is we would advise you to match them or add them before doing the disconnect.

Let us know how you get on.

Why does my bank not update after I've updated to open banking

Hello Accounts353,

Welcome to the Community page,

What is the bank you have connected to your Quickbooks account?

When you click on update what happens?

Do you get any error messages or codes show up?

What kind of Quickbooks product do you have, is it the Self-employed one or one of the Small business ones?

Why does my bank not update after I've updated to open banking

Hi Ashley, sorry thought you're all mind readers.

I'm with Barclays bank

Online banking cash accounting (we're a small business)

It updates the savings account but not the main bank account.

No error appears, it just doesn't bring through the transactions,

I've tried to manually download the transactions, it lets me connect, then says my accounts are already connected.

I've removed the pop up block too
