Let's make sure that the print screen is not behind of your open windows, cndoscotland.
This can be the reason why the reconciled bank statement printed as blank. All you have to do is:
- Minimise the screens until you see the Print screen.
- Select Cancel. The blank screen will be close.
- Select Print Preview, and then print the statement again.
If you don't see the Print screen however, you're prompted with the Adobe Updater page, make a selection to upgrade. Then, print it again.
You can close all of your windows, and then sign out of your account. Then, log in again and try printing the statement again.
