Will someone please help me? I cant connect to my lapsed accounts. I have tried multiple browsers on different devices, clearing history and cache etc.

I keep getting the same error - "something unexpected happened"

No bank issues - multiple bank accounts - same message

 

please help me get to the live help as the link you sent me just takes me to another complex webpage with no obvious way of getting "live help"

They can look into why your bank account isn't connecting to QuickBooks Self-Employed and give you a clear next step.

 

To contact them, here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account at this link.
  2. Click the (?) Help button.
  3. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
  4. Describe what happens when you connect your bank.
  5. Click Continue and then choose the Callback option.
