Please verify you've selected the correct URL by copying it directly from your bank's official website. If the connection still fails, check the bank's site for any maintenance updates or advisory notices that may be affecting the connection.
If there are no maintenance issues and the correct URL still doesn’t connect, then your bank may not be supported by QuickBooks for bank connections. You can check if your bank is under Open Banking regulations or contact your bank directly to confirm.
In the meantime, to keep your records up to date, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file format.
