Can anyone help? I’ve signed up for quickbookssimple start. I’m A sole trader so should I have opted for self employed quickbooks. instead to keep things easy?

So it all depends on if you need to submit VAT to HMRC or if you need to submit a self-assessment to HMRC. 

If you need to submit a Self-assessment to HMRC then you will need the self-employed Quickbooks product. 

If you submit VAT to HMRC then you can keep and use the simplestart package you ahve taken out already.
