Hello Gc1971, thanks for this feedback we will be sure to pass it on to the developers. 

If you go to reports you can download them in pdf (remember to make landscape) :

Reports

CIS300

put in the period (06/09/22 to 05/10/22 etc)

it will then list the full return and each sub contractor (should be the same as you have filed!)

click on the right hand side where CIS amount is and the 'voucher' comes up for the individual contractor (I email them from here but you have to manually enter the email address )

PRESS BACK ON TOP LEFT OF REPORT ' go back to the return summary' in blue (under the bold CIS Payment Deduction Report), which takes you back to the month report then on to the next sub contractor etc etc

There isn’t an option in Quickbooks online to export after submitting the CIS return to HMRC. Only before you submit it you will see the export option. 

THAT IS WHY I SAID DO IT FROM REPORTS!    Not from the Taxes tab!

You can also do the CIS as an annual report and print the Annual 'voucher' for your sub-contractor ... some of our smaller ones prefer this (or loose the monthly ones!!)

I've been looking at the threads to do with individual CIS contractor vouchers.

As I understand it Quickbooks does not have the functionality to produce this legal requirement !!!

How is it that Quickbooks has been listed as a useable software package with HMRC if it does not perform

the legal requirement in the UK
