Hello Accounts165
To remove the review and pay you most of our customers have found if you go to the cog in the top right in the QB(on a browser on a pc)>account and settings>sales>online delivery>additional email options for invoices>select plain text>save>done.
It is then a case of going back to the invoice and save and send,if you want to test this first you have the option of emailing yourself the invoice, when you receive the email there will be a view invoice button instead of the review and page, if you then hover over preview and there will be an option to view invoice.

doing it this way doesn't attached the invoice in PDF though
Hi ComG, thanks for joining this thread.
The PDF setting is separate to the online delivery method, meaning it won't change based on the option selected (online invoice or plain text). Please check that you have the option enabled when going to the Cog > Account & settings > Sales > Online delivery > Email options for all sales forms. If it is selected, please untick > save > re-tick to troubleshoot.
Hi Georgia
I have done this 3 times and still doesn't attached the PDF :(
Hello ComG, can you untick it> save it, then clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back in and go back and tick it again>save and see if that then resolves it for you.
Hi, unfortunately that didn't work. Still can't see a PDF attached to the invoice

Yes, it has been sorted out, Mark.
To include the PDF attachment on the invoice email, ensure to enable the PDF Attached option in the Online delivery section. I'll guide you on how to do this below.
Additionally, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report to show a list of invoices due on a specific date range. Please see this article for the complete guide: Customise report to see invoices due in QuickBooks Online.
Please feel free to get back to this thread if you have other concerns about the PDF attachment on the invoice email and managing sales transactions in QuickBooks. I'd be more than happy to help.
