Can you delete this account for me as i am being charged double at the moment

Hello Spudney5464,

 

If you are wanting to cancel a subscription 

 

Go to the cog wheel top right, account and settings, billing and subscription and in there you can delete your subscription.

 

If you have any problems with this them please reach out to us again, we will be more then happy to help you.

still being double charged and can't get into account to re cancel as subscription expired despite you just taking another payment from me.
