In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to modify the delivery note is currently unavailable. However, you can modify your invoice template to look like a delivery note. Please follow the steps below.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
- Select New Style, and choose Invoice.
- In the Design tab, change the template name into Delivery Note.
- Click the Content tab, then change the Form name into Delivery Note.
- Click Done.
Once done, you can now create and print a delivery note in QuickBooks.
