It's good to see you here in the Community, @jp-bournerbulloc.
Allow me to fill you in on everything you need to know about class tracking in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once the Class tracking feature is turned on, you'll see a Class field on the right side of the transaction's (Journal) page where you can add a class. I'll add a screenshot below for your visual reference.
However, if you haven't seen class fields on your Journal Entry page, let's log in to your QBO account via a private browser. It's possible that the browser you're using had a data issue, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
Please let us know how it goes, @jp-bournerbulloc. The Community and I want to make sure you're taken care of.
You may also want to run reports by class in QBO. This will help you keep a close eye on each segment in your business.
Thanks for coming to the Community, wishing you continued success.
