I'll share some insight about multicurrency. In QuickBooks, home currency is the currency your business generally use for its transactions. Income and expense accounts always use you home currency. For multicurrency, you will have to add a new account for each different currency that you use in transactions.

Thanks for your guidance here. However, it is not letting me to edit the currency. See attached image. it is a USD account but here in it sticking with baseline currency.Any help here?
Which QBO plan do you have? You have to use QBO Essentials or Plus to manage multicurrency transactions.
