I want to help make sure you'll be able to add the payments available for your customer in QuickBooks Online.
We'll need to configure your template through the Custom form styles window and add the payment method you want.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Below Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
- Search for your custom template.
- Click Edit.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Put a check mark beside the payment method you want (see screenshot below).
- Click Done.
