For iOS app:
- Go to Menu and tap Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Tap Refresh to confirm.
For Android app:
- Go to Menu then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
