Merging two companies in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable, @Bobby Brookman.
Although there isn't a direct way to combine 2 QuickBooks Online (QBO) companies, what you can do is export a list of data from one QuickBooks Online company and import it into another.
I suggest importing your Chart of Accounts first. To prepare your Excel first for upload, follow the steps in this article: Move your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online. Look for Step 1: Get your spreadsheet ready section.
Then follow the steps below to upload the Excel file:
- Sign to your QBO company.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Import Data.
- Select Chart of Accounts.

- Choose Browse, then search for the Excel file.
- Press Open, then Next.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to proceed.
Once done, you can also upload Customers, Vendors, Products and Services, and Invoices. You may perform the task in the order I've provided to ensure your data imports correctly.
If you have additional concerns about the import process, check out this resource: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online. You'll find the list of FAQs at the bottom of the page, along with their answers.
That should get you back on business. Leave a comment below if you have other concerns with managing your company, and I'll get back to you.
