Well I am seeing a message which states try later or contact us ,I had a similar problem a few weeks ago with another email address connected to another account where I had to contact Apple the couldn’t solve it so they refunded me and the I spoke to QuickBooks and they couldn’t solve it either so I decided to start fresh with a new account and the same thing has happen
