Glad to have you here in the Community, @LJPenny.
Allow me to fill you in on everything you need about importing invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, QuickBooks only allows you to import invoices via CSV files. Since you're using the PDF file, you can consider looking for a third-party app that can convert your PDF file into a CSV. Once you're ready to use an app, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click App from the left menu.
- Search for a keyword that can convert a file.
After you've successfully converted your file, you can now proceed with importing your invoices. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Import data.
- Select Invoices.
- Click Browser and find the CSV file you're importing.
- Make sure your spreadsheet’s column headings match with QuickBooks fields.
- Review the summary of your import, then click Start import.
I'm adding this article to learn more about importing invoices: Import multiple invoices at once.
You may also want to run a report to review all your invoices in QuickBooks Online. You can run the Invoice List report.
Please let me know how things go. I'll be around to provide further assistance, @LJPenny.
