When they try to print it off are they getting any error message or codes showing up.
Can you do a test one in yours and see if the same thing happens for you.

I've sent copies of these docs to my own address and my work address and I can print them no problem. The supplier who is having the problem is getting no error message and he is having to copy and paste onto a Word document to print our orders off.

The purchase order that'll be sent to your vendors are in PDF form. To download and print that file, one must have an updated PDF (Adobe Reader/Acrobat) application.
To get the latest version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat, you can let them go to Adobe website for detailed instructions.
