Online Bill pay in the UK

We have yet to find any billing management app to integrate with QBO UK version. If you have a Wise Business account, you can utilize their simple billing management feature as a workaround.

Hi Jo, thanks for sharing your interest on the Online Bill Pay feature. We don't have any further information to share on this for our UK users at the moment, however, you can stay up to date with the latest product updates & innovations here. 

thanks for getting back. It would be great if this were to become available in the UK. In the meantime, if we are to go ahead and use third party payment software that requires bank details to be added in supplier records (phone no etc), is there a way we can restrict viewing access to that info when we have multiple QB users? Thanks

Hello JoBlair, in terms of users and what they can view, you could set up a standard user with access to the customer side of the business that would then not have access to the supplier side, it will close of other things on the supplier side though, such as paying bills. There is not currently a way to drill down further to have a user who only cannot access the supplier records themselves, however. More information on the different user types can be found here
