Here’s how:

1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), press the Sales menu on the left panel to choose Customers.
2. This action will open the Customers Center.
3. From there, click the Gear icon above the Action column and tick the box for Address.
4. Navigate to the Search field beside the Batch action section and type a keyword in the field.
5. The online program will show a list of words similar to the one you entered inside the box.
