Logging in to your company using the incognito mode or private mode allows you to browse without storing internet history and cookies. This will determine if the browser’s cache is preventing the names from showing up.
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If this works, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. The process will free up space in your browser and improve its overall performance.
Aside from these suggestions, make sure to enter a keyword for the customer’s name. This way, QBO will display the list names based on the information entered in the field box.
