- Navigate to the Help menu.
- Select the Search option and type "contact support."
- Click the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
- Enter the question, keyword, or topic for which you need assistance.
- Follow the prompts, then choose your preferred way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.
QuickBooks support is available for callbacks Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Live chat support is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
