Welcome to the Community, @kerem-turgay-bol. I'll share information on how multi currency works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, we can turn on the multicurrency feature. However, the home currency is usually the currency your business uses for the transactions based on where your business is located. You can change the home currency if needed by going to Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings, then select Account and settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. In the Currency section, choose Edit ✎.
  4. From the Home Currency ▼ dropdown, select your currency.
  5. Select the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Select Save.

To learn more about this, check the article: Set up and use multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.

For more information about multicurrency, check out these articles below. It has steps and details to guide you.

Thanks for the answer.

We have done this, but the cash amount on the dashboard still just shows the total of bank accounts which are in "home currency" . It ignores the bank accounts which are in other currencies.

Thanks for getting back to us, kerem-turgay-bol. Apolgoies for any miscommunication in the previous post.

The cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online UK doesn't support multicurrency and isn't available if multicurrency has been enabled in the account settings.
