Why has a staffs members permissions suddenly changed so they can not now see supplier activity. has there been an update thats not worked correctly?

There has been no updates about access permissions in QuickBooks Online. You can check the Audit Log report to see if there has been access changed. Also, it lists who did the changed.
Then, go back to the User Management section and change back the user settings.
