Advanced Payroll 'CLOSE' Button Issues

We have had no other reports of this happening, could you please clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back int your account and let us know if the same thing still happens for you, this link here will help you. 

Cleared cache as instructed. No change. Still doing it.

Thanks for trying that, can we ask which browser it is you are using and if you could please try in another browser does the same thing happen and also try on a different device. Let us know how you get on.  

I'm using Google as I always have done. I've now tried using incognito which did not result in it behaving properly. I can not access any other device as I use just one laptop for all my bookkeeping jobs. I'm not going to download another browser.

I'm working for a different client tomorrow so I will see if it is the same with their payroll.

I have to say, the whole program seems to be less stable now than ever before (6 years using). Clicking a page link from the Dashboard menu, to go into Expenses or the Banking for example, sometimes does not work. Frequently I have to log out and then log in again for things, especially bank data, to change. This issue with the Payroll 'Close' button is just another example. I'm sure it will be only temporary, but it does test patience.

1. Go to the Help icon at the top to open the support window.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and click the Contact Us link.
3. Enter your concern in the field box. For example, the Close button for payroll not working properly.
4. Click the Continue button to see the list of support options.
5. From there, choose any of the following options: Chat or Callback.
