Hello Dan,

In that case, yes manually update both! They should update automatically and stay at those rates, however we do always advise to double check this before you run payroll, and if they are not correct, update them yourself.

Thanks,

Talia

Hello dan26,

First, are you using QuickBooks Payroll or PaySuite?

To clarify, once you advanced into the next tax year, the pension/tax codes updated automatically but when you have now looked at running your first payroll of the new tax year, they seem to have reverted?

Thanks,

Talia

Hi Talia,

We're using PaySuite - and your clarification is correct!

Thanks,

Dan
