I've checked my resources and found no similar cases to this issue. We might double check first if everything was set up correctly especially your staging date or your duty start date. It would be best as well if you check this with the pension regulator. If everything was setup correctly, I’d recommend contacting our payroll support team for further investigation. Here’s how:
- Click Help at the upper right corner.
- Select Contact us.
- Type in your concern under What can we help you with?
- Click Let’s talk.
