Thank you for posting here in the Community. I have some information regarding QuickBooks Self-Employed's capability.
Currently, the ability to schedule appointments directly in the system is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use a third-party application to remind you of any tasks or schedules.
I've checked online, and there are free apps related to setting appointments. Though we can't recommend which one to use, I've found an app that matches what you need.
