Can you itemise employees wages in a financial report as at the moment all employees' wages are grouped together in one total?

You can run a detailed financial report like the Profit and Loss Detail and Balance Sheet Detail to itemise employees' wages, @jplewis60. I'll guide you how.
 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Locate and open the Profit and Loss Detail or Balance Sheet Detail Report.
  3. Click Customise.
  4. Ensure to choose the correct report period.
  5. Filter the necessary details you want to include in the report.
  6. Select Run report to save changes.
