Core payroll: Dec to March pay history missing

I was using standard payroll until November. In December we were swapped over to Core payroll. (Grrrr)

Core payroll doesn't work properly so I have cancelled the subscription. I was told we would have read only access to the last tax year which is fine. However, all I have is the payroll up to November. There is no record of the last 4 months. Horrific.

I am not happy. But at least I can see the employee notes again.

Core payroll: Dec to March pay history missing

Accurate payroll records are essential for any business, and I understand the need to have complete data up to the last month. You can access the files from your Standard Payroll account, AG777. Let’s work on getting the missing information together.

Since you migrated from Standard Payroll to Core Payroll, you can access or download your historical payroll data in a zip file.

Here's how to access the zip file:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Standard Payroll account.
  2. Go to Payroll.
  3. Select Payroll Overview.
  4. In the Download Payroll Data section, click Download.

If the data is no longer available, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They have the tools to investigate further and can use screen sharing for efficient navigation. Please check our support hours to ensure we can assist you promptly.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. In the upper right corner, click the Help icon.
  2. Go to the Search tab and type your concern.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.

Additionally, if you want to subscribe to QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll in the future, please refer to this article for guidance: Get started with QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.

By following these steps, you can maintain complete and organized records of your historical payroll information. Keep me posted if you have follow-up questions about payroll. I'm always available to assist you.
