Additionally, when you change the mapping of your payroll, it should affect your future transactions. You also have the option to update your past transactions to reflect current preference settings. When this option is enabled, the system will update all accounts, except for the bank account.

- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Payroll settings, then head to the Accounting section.
- Make the necessary changes to the mapping.
- Click the Edit button under Update transactions.
- Enter the date.
- Hit Save, then Done.
