Hi there, JB. I know how helpful it is to have an organized report that supports your workflow. Since the Job Profitability Summary doesn’t have the option to add a custom field, we have a workaround to make sure the account numbers are visible.
You can filter the report by the custom field you created for the account numbers. However, you’ll need to filter them one by one, and if you want to see them all together, you can export them.Alternatively, you can also use the class tracking feature instead of the custom fields by assigning the account number as a class to every transaction. But ensure to enable it first, so you’ll have to tag each transaction with the account number.
Once done, when you generate the report, click the Customize Report button and select the Display column by dropdown to Class.
