With the migration day 24/4 being today, the migration team may have your company due to be done this afternoon, so we suggest waiting till after today to then run your payroll.
Migration from Paysuite to Advanced Payroll did not occur on 24/4. Have now rescheduled for 28/4. Please confirm urgently this will happen on 28/4 as have to run April payroll before Thursday.
I can see that you haven't receive a call from us about the status of the migration from paysuite to Advanced Payroll. I suggest contacting QuickBooks Customer Care team to verify and check further what are the other way to migrate it so that you can process the payroll.
