I'm here to help you access your old payslips in QuickBooks Payroll Core, Sandra.
After the migration from Standard to Core, you can access any historical payroll data using the zip file, which includes P32 reports. To do so, I recommend following the steps below:
- Go to Payroll, then Overview.
- Choose Download payroll data.
- Then, access to historical payroll data for your records.
Please keep in mind that any payroll reports generated after migration will only include data from pay periods processed using QBO Core Payroll.
For more details about the moving to QuickBooks Core Payroll, please see this article: Introducing QuickBooks Core Payroll: Your New Payroll Experience.
However, if the payslips aren't showing, I suggest contacting our Live QuickBooks Support Team to recover your historical paychecks. They have the right tools and resources to verify your account in a secure environment and further assist you in resolving this matter.
Here's how:
- Log in to QBO.
- Navigate to the Help (?) menu and select Contact Us.
- Type in your concern, then click Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
Finally, visit our One Intuit Help Hub to access our troubleshooting guides, online resources, and FAQs specific to your QuickBooks products and needs. You can view this brief video to help you navigate the page seamlessly: https://intuit.me/OHHvideo.
