Employees NI not being deducted

I have two directors for whom NI has not been deducted (Neither EE nor ER) deducted in Month 1 2024.

 

Is this something to do with the rules for Directors NI, does anyone know please?

Employees NI not being deducted

It's crucial to ensure accurate payment of your liabilities. Since you're having a concern about your employee's deduction, it's best to contact our support so they can review your setup. Also, they have the proper tools and expertise that can assist you. 

 

To contact one, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Write a topic you need help with in QB Assistant.
  4. Choose the Search tab to view the Contact Us option. This way, you can talk or chat with a live support agent.
  5. You can select a way on how you can connect with us: 
  • Start a chat with our expert. They're active from Monday to Friday.
  • You can also Call us from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
