Hi
I have had my monthly EPS rejected each month since I first had an employee earning Statutory Maternity pay. QB have not been able to solve this and I have given up for the moment trying to get through to HMRC.
My FPS are all going through fine. Log in details are all correct.
So there is now a difference between what PAYE I have been paying and the amount showing on my HMRC account. The difference is the SMP amount, which HMRC thinks I owe them.
Can anyone help please?

Hi The Chequers Inn, EPS reports are cumulative and are only able to be submitted between the 6th - 19th of the following tax month. If you're using the standard payroll, you'll need to delete any overdue submissions and then wait for the next EPS to be generated, which will be on the 6th of December. Please get back to us below if you're still experiencing any issues when submitting this. :)

Thanks very much. I've deleted them and will hopefully adjust itself next time round.
Did you finally get the EPS to re-generated? I followed exactly this advice and it has been 6 months but I had no EPS for the last month of employee maternity pay.
Hello Tpta, thanks for posting on this thread, EPS can only be submitted until the 19th of the following month. So at the moment only month 11 can be submitted. You would need to remove any outstanding ones and submit the correct one. EPS are year to date so any information from the missed periods can be included in the current one.
