Hi yes its showing on QuickBooks but not the HMRC side. I submitted it on the 6th May.
Hello Helen81, thanks for checking that, we had a few other reports of this come in as well, can you please turn off Employment allowance on the settings then submit EPS and turn Employment allowance back on and submit EPS. We are not sure why it is not showing in HMRC side when it was submitted already through QBO but that’s what other customers have done and can resubmit the EPS and EA claims.

Hello Helen81, thanks for getting back to us, please can you check the p32 report, it will show on the second page at the bottom what has been removed off there if the end balance after month 12 is 0 the eps is not claimed, can you turn off and then turn on again and check the taxes page to see if it has been submitted or not. If you still have a problem I would recommend that you can ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone for this to be looked into further. The line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile.
