Hello @O1L,
To ensure the accuracy of your payroll calculations, we recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payroll Live Support team. They are equipped with the necessary resources, such as screen-sharing technology, provide you with comprehensive assistance and guidance and access to your account.
Before reaching out to support, carefully review your payroll setup for accuracy. Please verify the National Insurance (NI) calculations and ensure the correct NI category is assigned to the employee. Also, double-check that the monthly salary and all deductions, apart from NI, are accurately recorded.
Here's how to contact the Live Support team:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on the Help icon.
- Utilize the QB Assistant by inputting your question or topic; it will offer relevant solutions. Alternatively, you can use the Search tab to submit a keyword or topic of interest that generates a list of pertinent articles.
- If you require further assistance, click the Contact Us button to connect with an expert. Please be aware that you need to input a question or search for an article first, as the Contact Us option becomes available only after this initial step.
